Project Notes

The Architect of Record for the First Devington Apartments project was seeking a civil engineering firm that was accustomed to urban, in-fill developments. Roger Ward Engineering was selected to provide services that included surveying, site engineering, and permit assistance. Inclusive of these services was a continuous coordination with the design team, such as the Developer, Project Designer and the neighborhood representatives. Roger Ward Engineering provided for a creative storm water design to satisfy both the Client and the City, while keeping development costs within the Developer’s anticipated budget.
