Project Notes

Irvington Family Medicine commissioned a local prominent contractor with a development division to design and build a medical practice facility that would be functional while complimenting the historic neighborhood of Irvington in Indianapolis. Having worked with the design team and contractor on previous projects, Roger Ward Engineering was once again hired to provide the surveying and site design services necessary the completion of the project. Particular attention had to be paid to the land features that included existing mature trees that were to be preserved along with being sensitive to the adjacent neighbors. The end result was a successful project for the owner, developer, architect and neighbors.
