Notable Characteristics:

Roger Ward Engineering was selected by a prominent multi-family developer for the Hamilton Apartments project. Due to the characteristics of the site, the project presented itself with several different design challenges. Some of the challenges included flood plain development, utility routing, detailed grading, and logistical coordination with the Master Developer and their Engineer for the design tie-in to a roadway extension. Roger Ward Engineering assisted the Client with the plan review process by attending various jurisdictional meetings for design and plan approval. In addition to providing design services, Roger Ward Engineering also provided as-built survey drawings as well as a post-construction ALTA survey.
